How do I place an order?
Choose your product and any required variant, add it to your cart and complete your order through the secure Shopify checkout.
Delivery
Who ships my order?
Some products may be shipped directly by an external supplier. When this applies, we make it clear before purchase.
How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is shown per product and during the ordering process once the assortment is live. Because different suppliers can have different delivery times, one order may arrive in more than one parcel.
Returns
Do I have a cooling-off period?
For consumers, a statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies to most online purchases after receipt, subject to any lawful exceptions.
How do I request a return?
Email support@snuffelnest.com with your order number. The final return procedure and return address will also be published in our return policy before sales go live.
Products
Are product colours always exactly the same as on my screen?
Colours can vary slightly depending on screen settings. Product specifications, sizes and materials follow supplier information and are shown on each product page.
