These Terms of Service apply to the Snuffelnest online store and to purchases made through it.

About Snuffelnest

Snuffelnest is an online pet-products store operated from the Netherlands. General enquiries: info@snuffelnest.com. Customer support and order enquiries: support@snuffelnest.com.

Products and information

We aim to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, prices and availability. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the device or screen used. Product-specific supplier or manufacturer instructions take priority where relevant.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability or delivery restrictions. If an order is cancelled after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Consumer prices include applicable taxes where required. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers available in checkout.

Delivery

Some products may be fulfilled and shipped directly by selected external suppliers. Products from one order may therefore arrive separately or have different delivery times.

Returns and withdrawal

Eligible consumers have statutory withdrawal rights where applicable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the return process and refund information.

Legal guarantee

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Products must comply with applicable legal requirements for conformity and defects.

Responsible product use

Pet products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with applicable instructions. Choose products appropriate for the size, age, behaviour and needs of your pet. Supervision may be necessary depending on the product.

Intellectual property

The Snuffelnest website, branding, original text, layout and other protected materials may not be commercially reused without permission except where law permits.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, provide fraudulent information or use the store for unlawful activity.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Snuffelnest is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms when our services, store or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable Dutch law without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
