Cancel or Withdraw an Order
Use the form below to notify Snuffelnest that you wish to cancel an order or exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. No explanation is required when exercising an applicable withdrawal right.
Submit your request online
Complete the form on this page. Enter your full name and the email address used for your order. In the message box, enter your order number, the products concerned and one of the following statements:
- I wish to withdraw from my purchase.
- I wish to cancel my order before shipment.
After you submit the form, Shopify displays an on-screen confirmation. Keep a copy of the text of your request and the date you submitted it for your records. Snuffelnest will review the request and provide appropriate follow-up and return instructions where applicable. You can also exercise your rights by emailing algemeen@snuffelnest.com.
Before shipment
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, contact us promptly with your order number. We will try to stop the order before it is processed or dispatched, but that is not always possible once fulfilment has started.
Statutory right of withdrawal
For eligible purchases by consumers in the European Union, the legal withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the day you receive the goods, subject to applicable exceptions. You do not have to justify your decision.

We will supply the appropriate return instructions when needed. Do not send goods to an address before checking the correct return destination. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights.
