Pet products should match your pet's size, behaviour and intended use. Always check the product specifications and the manufacturer's or supplier's instructions.
Check before use
- Inspect fasteners, seams, cords and attachment points.
- Do not use a product that is visibly damaged or worn.
- Only choose sizes and weight classes suitable for your pet.
Toys
No toy is indestructible. Supervise use where required by the product instructions and remove toys when parts become loose or damaged.
Leashes, harnesses and travel products
Check fit and fastening before every walk or trip. A product should never restrict natural movement or breathing.
Care
Always follow the product-specific cleaning and maintenance instructions. Proper care extends product life and makes wear easier to spot.
