This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Snuffelnest.
14-day cooling-off period
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with a statutory right of withdrawal, you can usually cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, unless a lawful exception applies.
How to request a return
Email support@snuffelnest.com before returning an item. Include your name, order number and the product you want to return. We will send the applicable return instructions and return destination for that order.
Do not send a return to a supplier or other address without receiving return instructions from Snuffelnest first.
Condition of returned products
You may inspect a product as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning. If a product has been used beyond what is necessary for that inspection, any resulting loss in value may be deducted where permitted by law.
Return shipping costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or the law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product. If Snuffelnest or a supplier made an error, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds
When a valid withdrawal is accepted, eligible payments are refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where legally permitted, we may wait until the returned goods have been received or you have provided evidence that they were sent back. Refunds are normally issued through the original payment method.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support@snuffelnest.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and, where helpful, clear photos of the issue. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Supplier-fulfilled orders
Some Snuffelnest products may be shipped directly by selected external suppliers. Because fulfilment and return destinations can differ by product, always request return instructions before sending an item back.
