These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Snuffelnest online store and to purchases made through the store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. About Snuffelnest
Snuffelnest is an online pet-products store operated from the Netherlands. General enquiries can be sent to info@snuffelnest.com. Customer-service and order enquiries can be sent to support@snuffelnest.com.
2. Products and product information
We aim to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions and availability information. Colours and appearance can vary slightly depending on your screen or device. Product-specific manufacturer or supplier instructions always take priority where relevant.
3. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability or delivery restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.
4. Prices and payment
Prices shown to consumers include applicable taxes where required. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment processing is handled through Shopify and the payment providers available in the checkout.
5. Delivery and external suppliers
Some products may be fulfilled and shipped directly by selected external suppliers. This can mean that products from one order arrive in separate parcels or have different delivery times. Where relevant, product-specific delivery information is shown before purchase or during checkout.
6. Returns and withdrawal

7. Legal guarantee and conformity
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Products must meet the requirements that apply under relevant consumer law, including statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

Pet products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose and any product-specific safety instructions. Choose products appropriate for the size, age, behaviour and needs of your pet. No toy is indestructible, and supervision may be necessary depending on the product.
9. Intellectual property
The Snuffelnest website, branding, original text, layout and other protected materials may not be copied, reproduced or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
10. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, use it for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorised access, or submit malicious code or fraudulent information.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Snuffelnest is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase.
12. Changes
We may update these terms when our services, store or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this website with an updated date.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable Dutch law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
