Dogs do not always need constant access to every toy they own. Rotating a small selection can keep familiar toys more interesting and helps you inspect them regularly for damage.
Create small groups
Divide toys into categories such as chewing, tugging, searching and interactive play. Keep a few available and store the rest safely out of reach.
Swap based on interest
Rotate toys every few days or when interest drops. Favourite comfort toys can remain available if they are safe and intact.
Always match toy size and strength to your dog. Supervise new toys until you understand how your dog uses them.
